Our Team

All team members are qualified or training to Level NVQ 2 or 3 (or equivalent) in child care and education. The staffing ratios mean that your child is always within the supervision of a qualified carer.

The nursery team will work in partnership with parents/carers to ensure quality care for their children.

Children are cared for in an environment which is well organized to ensure positive outcomes for them. They benefit from the evolving support structure in the organization which has clear aims, and values the ideas of the team in order to meet their needs. Induction training, regular staff meetings and individual support meetings are in place to ensure team are secure in their knowledge of them. The provider and manager take responsibility for the recruitment and selection of staff and they follow a secure procedure to establish the suitability of all staff working in the nursery.
