Our Curriculum

All children develop and learn in different ways and at different rates and all areas of learning and development are equally important and inter-connected.

The children's learning is based on the Early Years Foundation Stage. Our activities are planned to promote development in the following areas;

Personal, Social and Emotional Development
Communication, Language and Literacy
Problem Solving, Reasoning and Numeracy
Knowledge and Understanding of the world
Physical Development
Creative Development

Regular meetings are arranged where you will be invited to discuss your child's progress with your child's keyworker and look at ways of developing the curriculum to ensure your child moves forward. Daily reports are given.

In the preschool we enjoy preparing your child for school. The child focused environment makes it easy for the child to make choices from a wide range of exciting opportunities and develop independence in attending to self care needs
