Transparent childcare fees

To register your child at our nursery in Whetstone, a non-refundable registration fee of £50 is payable for each child. To secure a place at Academy 4 Kids Day Nursery, we ask that you pay a £400 deposit. Upon receipt of this deposit an offer of a place will be made. This deposit will be held until such time your child leaves us and will then be refunded subject to one month’s notice.

Understanding our fees

All fees are charged monthly in advance and must be paid by standing order or childcare vouchers at the beginning of each month. Siblings are entitled to a 10% reduction of the fees from the older child to help you manage costs for more than one child.

Government Funding

Government Funding (15 hrs and 30 hrs funding)

Free Childcare Entitlement for 9 months – 4 years olds.

30 hours childcare for eligible working parents in England

Children aged 9 months to 4 years old, are entitled 30 hours of free childcare for 38 weeks.

15 hours childcare for all families in England.

For children aged 3 to 4 years old are entitled 15 hours of free childcare for 38 weeks.

At Academy 4 Kids Day Nursery, we accept all forms of recognised childcare vouchers in order to provide parents with as many possible payment options. Childcare vouchers can be issued by your employer.
