Understanding our fees
All fees are charged monthly in advance and must be paid by standing order or childcare vouchers at the beginning of each month. Siblings are entitled to a 10% reduction of the fees from the older child to help you manage costs for more than one child. Childcare vouchers
At Academy 4 Kids Day Nursery, we accept all types of recognised childcare vouchers to provide parents with as many payment options as possible. Your employer can issue childcare vouchers.
Flexible funding and payment options
Registration
To register your child at our nursery in Whetstone, you must pay a non-refundable registration fee of £50 for each child. To secure a place at Academy 4 Kids Day Nursery, we ask that you pay a £400 deposit. We will make an offer of a place upon receiving this deposit. This deposit will be held until such time as your child leaves us and will then be refunded, subject to one month’s notice.

Government Funding
Government Funding (15 hrs and 30 hrs funding)
Free Childcare Entitlement for 9-month- to 4-year-olds.

Children aged 9 months to 4 years old are entitled to 30 hours of free childcare for 38 weeks.

Children aged 3–4 years old are entitled to 15 hours of free childcare all 38 weeks.
